Pillars : Preparing young people for the labor market

The " Tawar we Ghayar " initiative is an initiative launched by Microsoft Egypt in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports since 2012, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology joined it in 2015, and Care Egypt Foundation for Development has been participating in its implementation since 2019.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology works as a strategic implementing partner in the initiative through the "Central Administration for Digital Community Development", in order to build a broad base of young people who possess IT application skills and have the ability to employ them to serve development efforts and achieve their goals and keep pace with technological developments in the labor market, through the cooperation of partners with the Digital Sustainability Centers affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, which are spread across various governorates, to prepare cadres of young people and ambassadors of specialized technological knowledge, as one of the main elements for achieving the digital transformation of society.
Tawar we Ghayar  methodology:
The initiative implements an integrated model that helps young men and women acquire technological knowledge and skills to achieve their goals in the labor market and compete strongly in it, by providing specialized training programs in the fields of information technology, as well as providing career guidance to help young people plan their professional future, and providing broader opportunities for them to train and work independently in new and innovative jobs related to information and communications technology relevant to the Egyptian labor market.
Tawar we Ghayar  vision:
Building the digital capabilities of young people, qualifying them and integrating them into the labor market.
Tawar we Ghayar  initiative training tracks:
Technological and digital skills: digital transformation, accounting Excel, C# language, website programming, cybersecurity, programming using Python language, and integration with artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence.
Business skills: training courses in business skills such as marketing and sales skills, human resources management and customer service.
Personal and life skills: presentation and presentation skills, negotiation, effective leadership, communication and stress management.
Technological tracks: programming, databases, algorithms, cloud computing.
Advanced Entrepreneurship Skills: Linking business owners and youth to provide decent job opportunities, organizing open days for direct employment, developing and empowering employment banks located in youth centers in the governorates, and implementing employment forums.
