
Interviews for candidates for youth digital capacity development programs were carried out as part of the activities of Understanding Memorandum with Beni Suef Governorate

In cooperation with Beni Suef Governorate, and within the framework of implementing the Understanding Memorandum signed with the Ministry of Communications and Informations Technology regarding building and developing the digital capacity of citizens in the governorate, interviews and preliminary tests were conducted this week for candidates for the training programs and development projects offered by the Ministry in the governorate.
The tests were conducted at the Computer Science Training Center at the headquarters of the governorate's Local People's Council. The aim was to assess applicants' IT skills, implement programs to qualify and develop digital capacities and skills for youth and freelance work, and qualify cadres with advanced technological skills through training in computer basics, programming, and artificial intelligence applications that meet the needs of the labor market
The Ministry of Communications and Informations Technology, in cooperation with partners, is keen to develop and implement integrated project models that combine training, qualification, capacity building, and youth employment through its various IT activities. This is to keep pace with the requirements of digital transformation and achieve sustainable digital community development.
The interviews were conducted in the presence of members of the Executive Committee for Activating the Cooperation Protocol from the governorate and the ministry. They included Mr. Mahmoud Rabie, Director of the "Develop and
Change" Project at the Ministry of Communications and Informations Technology and a member of the Protocol's Executive Committee; Ms. Dalia Fayed, Protocol Coordinator in the governorate; Mr. Mustafa Mohsib, Coordinator of the "Develop and Change" Project; Mr. Maged Makhlouf, Member of Human Resources at the governorate; and Mr. Amer Nasr El-Din, Director of the Computer Science Training Center
