Dubai International Award for Best Practices (DIABP)
The biennial Dubai International Award for Best Practices (DIABP), organized by the Dubai Government and UN-HABITAT, has a total grant amount of US $480,000 for NGOs, CBOs, research organizations, bilateral, multilaterals, foundations and even individuals working on best practices that “demonstrate a positive and tangible impact on improving the living environment of people particularly the poor and disadvantaged.” It is presently seeking submissions of best practices from around the world for awarding them with the award in the next Best Practices Award Ceremony to be held in October 2010. A total to 12 winners will be selected from among the submissions made and out of them two will be reserved for Best Practices Transfers. Nearly US $360,000 will be distributed among all the winners and the final two persons will be invited to the award ceremony in Dubai where they will be recognized with a trophy and a commemorative certificate.
AGFUND 2022
The Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development Project in Egypt won the 2022 Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND) Award in the field of Decent Work and Economic Growth.
Arab Council for World Youth Award
The Arab Council for World Youth Award is an Arab initiative established based on the recommendations of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities in its fifty-third session held at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University, for the development of youth globally. The award was launched in cooperation with the Arab Federation for Volunteering, headquartered in Bahrain, and some international organizations, and under the auspices of the League of Arab States.
The Arab Council for World Youth Award is one of the global awards targeting the youth of the world in various fields to honor creative and exceptional projects and highlight the distinguished efforts of youth in achieving positive change. The award's fields vary between technological culture, linguistic empowerment and critical thinking, peaceful societies, local and global citizenship, and creativity in solving problems and making decisions.
Equals in Tech 2021
Qudwa.Tech, an initiative of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, was selected among the top five international projects in the SME Leadership category for the 2021 ITU Equals in Tech Award.

The ICT Literacy Project won the World Summit Award (WSA) for the year 2009.
WSIS 2014
YEGP program in Egypt, implemented in partnership with the Japanese government, won the 2014 World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Award.
World Summit Award (WSA)2011, Erada Portal
Erada, a digital community development portal, won the World Summit Award (WSA) in 2011 in the Inclusion and Empowerment category.
Erada is a specialized portal addressing the needs of people with disabilities (PWD) in Egypt. Information empowerment for PWD ensures their full participation and inclusion at all levels of society. Free, accessible, comprehensive, user-friendly, the Erada portal provides knowledge of concern to PWD in all categories of impairment: hearing, visual, physical, mental, as well as, autism and learning difficulties. Important topics such as definitions of disabilities, laws & rights, early intervention, genetic diseases etc. are covered. Erada also provides a web creation & technical support service to ensure sustainable knowledge for concerned communities.

E-Government Excellence Award
The E-Government Excellence Award was awarded to the Mobile Women's Health Unit project of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in 2009

Qudwa.Tech has been shortlisted for the 2020 World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prizes in the "Role of Governments and All Stakeholders in Advancing ICT for Development" category.
