"Qudwat embark on more knowledge and technical exchange".It is the most prominent title of the intensive training camp for women craftswomen, which was organized over the past days in partnership with the Qudwah-Tech initiative at the Ministry of Communications and Informations Technology (MCIT) and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), where the Advisor to the Minister of Communications and Informations Technology for Digital Community Development and Director of the Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development Project in Egypt Eng. Hoda Dahroug witnessed part of the camp's activities, during which she praised the women graduates of the Qudwah-Tech Initiative Program, and stressed the continuity of the initiative in supporting women craftswomen and meeting their needs with the latest technological applications and tools, based on MCIT strategy  to support and empower women and enhance their digital skills in order to keep pace with the requirements of the digital transformation society. The Minister's Advisor also listened to distinguished examples of women about the experience of the camp and the extent to which it is used in building and developing the "role models community", and getting to know more deeply about the services provided by the Qudwah -Tech initiative in collaboration with partners.
At the end of the training camp, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the women participating in the camp, and a group photo was taken on the occasion at the end of the activities.
In its first edition, the camp aimed to enhance the understanding of crafts women business owners of marketing skills and develop their digital innovation skills through orientation, consulting and professional networking sessions, which were presented by a group of experts specialized in the field of digital marketing, e-commerce and artificial intelligence, in addition to providing an opportunity to network with these experts and exchange experiences and expertise to enhance the growth of projects, as the camp included 33 women out of craftswomen and entrepreneurs, as well as representatives from startups and institutions in the fields of handicrafts, entrepreneurship, technology solutions, employment and business development.
The camp activities were divided between Cairo and Ain Sokhna, where the trainings in Cairo focused on an intensive set of interactive workshops that discussed: the uses of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship, to help participants effectively integrate smart technology into their projects.
In addition to discussing advanced strategies in e-commerce, to provide an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to expand their business through digital platforms, with a focus on the foundations of digital marketing and building a brand, to develop the brand, and how to expand projects management to achieve competitive advantages, and reach a wider audience in innovative ways.
During the activities of the camp in Ain Sokhna, the focus was on exchanging experiences and knowledge between role models and 
participants out of the experts and company owners to develop personal skills and enhance self-confidence, through the formation of working groups to discuss various topics concerned with the foundations of attracting financiers and dealing with companies, and how to overcome the challenges facing women in developing their projects, in addition to organizing a group of singing chorale and theater workshops, which contributed to achieving their social and cognitive goals by enhancing communication and self-expression skills, which granted the participants ability to lead and influence the work environment.
The training camp was organized from the twenty-ninth of January to the third of February, within the "ComyoTech" initiative, which is implemented in partnership between the Ministry of Communications and Informations Technology (MCIT) and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) on behalf of the German government, where the initiative works under the umbrella of the Digital Transformation Center, in cooperation with the e-government support and innovation in public administration project, the work partnerships and promotion of small and medium enterprises in Egypt project, and the project to enhance economic participation and Women politics in the Middle East and North Africa (WoMENA).
