In a new international certificate confirming the merit of excellence and worthiness; E-Learning Competitive Center (ELCC), affiliated to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, received the Premier Certificate of Excellence from Cisco Networking Academy for the year 2024, in the category of trainer training centers.
This is the second year in a row that the center has received the Certificate of Excellence, as the honor came during the activities of the Cisco Networking Academy Partners Conference, which was held over the course of November 12 and 13 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This honor comes as a confirmation of the center's efforts and the effectiveness of its contributions to training academic programs for trainers and students, as the center is ranked among the top 10% of the academy's partners around the world, as it has been accredited as a partner of the Cisco Networking Academy as a Training Center for Trainers (ITC) and an Academies Support Center (ASC). The center also prepares and accredits new and current trainers from Cisco Academies by implementing TOT training and preparing trainers to teach basic and specialized courses, which contributes to transferring experiences to students and training them on skills that qualify them for the labor market. It is worth noting that the E-Learning Competitive Center (ELCC), affiliated with the General Administration for Disseminating Information Technology Tools at the Central Administration for Digital Community Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, was established in 2004 in partnership with Cisco International, with the aim of bridging the gap between the needs and requirements of the labor market, as the center's programs target all segments of Egyptian society, including students at different stages of education, workers in the public and private sectors, youth, entrepreneurs, and owners of small and medium enterprises. The center also plays an important role in developing and sustaining Cisco Academies through the Academies Support Center (ASC) by selecting and accrediting academies and trainers from various training centers.

In this context, the center works to support academies and trainers and implement the required quality standards, with continuous follow-up of accredited academies and their trainers, in addition to driving growth in academies and increasing the number of student beneficiaries.

Through the cooperation of the Competitive Center for E-Learning with major international companies, lecturers are selected to deliver training courses through the national network of e-learning centers, facilitating access to target groups across the country. The center also offers specialized educational programs such as digital foundations, entrepreneurship, IT basics, network basics, cybersecurity, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and programming, through an integrated e-learning environment.
