

National Network for Services for Persons with Disabilities
Pillars : Empowering people with disabilities
The National Network for Services for Persons with Disabilities (Ta'heel) is an electronic platform that aims to link the services provided to persons with disabilities, and is considered a roadmap to meet their training and employment needs.
It was developed within the framework of implementing the activities of the second phase of the project "Jobs and Skills for Persons with Disabilities Using Information and Communication Technology", which is implemented by the Central Administration for Digital Community Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the United Nations Development Program (represented in the Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development Project in Egypt) in partnership with the International Labor Organization, and funded by the United Nations Partnership Committee for the Promotion of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The (Ta'heel) network aims to help and support young people and women with disabilities to obtain decent jobs by providing a digital services network that includes the entities concerned with providing rehabilitation, training and employment programs for people with disabilities as a single window and in an interactive manner between the parties. It also seeks to build an integrated system for all the state's efforts provided in terms of training, rehabilitation and employment to support people with disabilities, and to work on providing suitable job opportunities for them through the electronic platform. Its services are available in Arabic in two versions: a web version and a mobile phone application. It uses the latest technological techniques such as: artificial intelligence, chatbots and digital maps.
The network also provides access for people with hearing disabilities to use sign language to explain the content, as well as access for people with visual disabilities, as the platform's technologies are compatible with screen reader programs and contain a (chatbot) to help them fill in the data. The network allows sending notifications to users to follow up on all updates. It also provides technological tools and applications to publish content for various entities to exchange ideas, experiences and success stories. It also provides training content to prepare people with disabilities for the work environment.
The network also works to present people with disabilities in a professional manner to the labor market based on their real skills, in addition to providing integrated services based on the combined efforts of various state institutions to employ people with disabilities, to overcome the obstacles they face from the lack of suitable opportunities, lack of skills, poor availability in the workplace, and creating favorable conditions in the work environment to suit people with disabilities.
At the same time, the (Ta'heel) network provides a set of electronic tools to support business owners, companies and service providers to deal with people with disabilities and gives them the opportunity to display their institutions' data and available jobs in an easy and appropriate manner.
The launch of the National Network for Services for People with Disabilities (Ta'heel) comes within the framework of joint cooperation between the ministries of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and the Egyptian Ministry of Labor, as part of the state's efforts to integrate and empower people with disabilities to access technology tools and solutions for training and employment. The network includes a large group of entities concerned with providing services to people with disabilities that qualify them for the labor market, and includes identifying those entities and the services they provide to people with disabilities and providing information about those services and the procedures followed to obtain them. In addition to providing a set of tools to support people with disabilities to apply for suitable jobs in a professional manner and support business owners and service providers to communicate with job seekers or services from people with disabilities.
The network's activities also reflect the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's keenness to raise the quality and efficiency of technological services provided to people with disabilities, and the importance of technological empowerment of human cadres, which is one of the most important axes of its strategy, through which technological programs and applications are adapted to help and empower people with disabilities and raise their digital capabilities, as one of the most important aspects of investment in the human element.
Building and developing the network is also part of the state's plan to invest in digital capabilities that target different categories of citizens, including people with disabilities, to qualify them in a manner that suits their abilities and meets the needs of the free labor market, by developing digital platforms that provide more job opportunities.

• The (Ta'heel) network allows people with disabilities to build a professional CV, and nominates entities that provide appropriate services and training for them, in addition to jobs suitable for the CV.
• The job seeker can browse suitable jobs according to the type of disability and the required experiences.
• The (Ta'heel) network provides a set of short videos such as (How to write a CV - How to succeed in a job interview) to support job seekers in presenting themselves to the labor market in a professional manner.
Companies and business owners:
• The (Ta'heel) network allows companies and institutions to create a company account, enter the required jobs, and review the CVs of applicants.
• The network provides a set of short videos such as (How to conduct an interview for people with disabilities - Rules for preparing the work environment) to support them in dealing with people with disabilities and making their institutions accessible and appropriate.
Bodies and institutions:
• The (Ta'heel) network allows bodies and entities that provide services to people with disabilities (government bodies, civil society organizations, and the private sector): to create an account on its electronic platform.
• Allocate a page for each entity to display its content (news, events, photos, video clips, and success stories) in order to exchange experiences and display best practices.
