A distinguished leader in ICT and AI with over 13 years of experience across IT, Governmental, and Global sectors. I bring exceptional expertise in Operations Implementation Management, Project Management, Change Management, and Disaster Recovery Management. My extensive proficiency in Enterprise Applications Architecture enables me to lead and manage large-scale ICT infrastructure projects throughout Egypt, delivering innovative, customized technical solutions to meet diverse regional needs. Currently, I work simultaneously for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), including collaborative projects between these organizations. I excel in guiding high-performing teams and driving continuous innovation, consistently setting new benchmarks for technical excellence and advancing organizational objectives.
Currently, I serve as a Technical Program Manager and ITSM Unit Manager, overseeing a range of programs, including those in education and services for people with disabilities. I also spearheaded the creation of the Digital Health Program during the Presidential Initiative for Telemedicine. In this role, I manage and lead diverse teams, including Engineering, Project Management, DevOps, AI, and Research & Development (R&D) teams. I implement structured frameworks, including MLOps practices, to align these teams with project goals, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across all operations.
