He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport with distinction, and a diploma in Organizational Management from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University with distinction.
His previous experience includes working in the government sector from 1999 to the present. He worked at the Information and Decision Support Center at the Cabinet as a project management officer from September 1999 to June 2003. He also worked at the General Office of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology from June 1, 2003 to the present (first plan follow-up specialist). He was assigned to work as Director of the Technology Clubs Department in the General Administration for Supporting and Financing Development Programs at the Central Administration for Digital Community Development. He was also assigned to work as Director of the Program Content Development Department in the General Administration for Disseminating Information Technology Tools at the Central Administration for Digital Community Development. He was also assigned to work as Director of the E-Learning Department at the General Administration for Disseminating Information Technology Tools at the Central Administration for Digital Community Development. His experience also includes participating in drafting some cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding for the Central Administration for Community Development, attending numerous conferences, openings, seminars and work-related meetings attended by the President of the Republic, senior statesmen, the Minister and senior officials in the Ministry.
He has obtained many training courses and certificates in effective communication and teamwork, time management skills, strategic planning and preparation of measurement indicators, leadership skills, planning, follow-up and performance evaluation specialist, creating future leaders, Watani 2030, innovation in government work, preparing for supervisory positions, presentation and communication skills (supervisory), effective planning, total quality management, anti-corruption, project management (PMP), problem solving and decision-making (Creative Problem Solving), and a package of behavioral skills programs (Soft Skills).
