As the Director of the "Tawar we Ghaiar" Project, he has led and implemented several initiatives aimed at empowering youth and enhancing their skills in technology and artificial intelligence, contributing to a sustainable positive impact nationwide.
I have over 10 years of experience in managing development projects, with a focus on technology, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.
Key Achievements:
Reaching more than 721,942 young men and women beneficiaries (35% male - 65% female).
Intensive training: 150,000 young men and women on the latest digital technologies.
Reaching beneficiaries in technology and artificial intelligence: 358,663 beneficiaries.
Supporting young entrepreneurs: 167,981 beneficiaries, with intensive training for 40,000 young men and women.

Responsibilities as the "Tawar we Ghaiar" Project Manager:
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient achievement of project objectives.
• Manage work teams and coordinate with partners to deliver integrated training programs.
• Design monitoring and evaluation systems to measure impact and improve performance.
• Prepare periodic reports and recommendations to ensure the sustainability of the initiative.
• Promote innovation and integrate technology into training programs to keep pace with labor market requirements
