She holds a master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ESLSCA business school; Diploma in Software Skills Development, Institute of Information Technology (ITI), and Bachelor of Communication Engineering - Cairo University.
Her professional experience has varied over 20 years in various managerial positions in support of SMEs; online knowledge management; digital inclusion and integrated development project management using ICT for community development.
Currently she is managing the Presidential Telemedicine initiative from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) side.

She has extensive experience in working with UNDP supporting Egyptian government projects aiming to reduce poverty and to promote sustainable human development policies.
Participated in many international and regional conferences to showcase best development practices using ICT tools in many countries
