Mohamed has over 20 years of experience in training, e-learning, and project management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), which has provided the foundation for his expertise in business and education. 
Currently, Mohamed serves as the Programs Content Development Manager at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, where he has been instrumental in shaping training & learning programs since November 2005. He has played a crucial role in developing training and learning programs within this position. 
As Project Manager for the Cisco Networking Academy Program at the E-Learning Competence Center (ELCC), Mohamed leverages his deep industry knowledge to train and inspire the next generation of technology leaders ensuring they are well-prepared to face the challenges of an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Beyond his organizational contributions, Mohamed is a passionate advocate for training initiatives across various domains, including IT programs, entrepreneurship, freelancing, digital transformation, and organizational leadership. 
His outstanding capabilities in strategic planning and quality assurance have facilitated fruitful collaborations with leading global organizations, all dedicated to advancing human resource development and pioneering e-learning innovations.
