Mohamed Basiony El-Araby is an engineer who holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Science, obtained in 2001. He has been working at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for 19 years, specializing in the fields of training and e-learning, and has extensive experience in both areas.
He also holds two diplomas in Education and Educational Technology from Cairo University, earned in 2009 and 2010, along with numerous certifications in project management and e-learning. Currently, he is serving as the Acting Director of the General Department for Disseminating Information Technology Tools for the second year. Previously, he worked as the Director of Software Content Development in the same department for 5 years.
He has also participated in managing international e-learning projects in collaboration with Cisco Systems and the ERASMUS+ program for the development of higher education. This provided him with the opportunity to train at global institutions and in European countries in the fields of e-learning, sustainable development, and project management in countries such as the UAE, Latvia, Greece, Croatia, England, Germany, and Spain.
Additionally, he has worked as a trainer, training manager, and lecturer for e-learning programs for over 15 years.
He is always eager to learn, share knowledge and experiences with colleagues, and provide them with full support.
